I did NOT get the good pop up, cried cause well obviously it didn't work so figured I had failed. Nope! I passed.

The good pop-up means you get kicked from the billing system before it tries to charge your card. If you'd put in enough invalid information you would've gotten the bad pop-up, which shows an invalid card. A bad pop-up doesn't necessarily mean you failed. There have been false positives.
